With summer time being around the corner it’s time for families to start thinking about where to spend the kids’ precious summer vacations.  A perfect destination spot for kids and adults alike is beautiful Savannah, Georgia.  The historical city of Savannah has always been a tourist destination. Savannah appeals to many for its historical significance, its ideal coastal location as well as with its naturally picturesque surroundings. Downtown Savannah alone has many sites to see as well as activities for the entire family.  Just to simply sum things up, here is a list of the Top Ten Activities to do in Downtown Savannah with the whole family.   








10. Your Pie  

Your Pie is a very popular restaurant located in the heart of Downtown Savannah in City Market.  This is a popular location for families because children love to have choices and they also love the idea of creating their own pizzas.  You get your choice of 8 different sauces, 9 different cheeses, and 30 different toppings.  Your Pie also has Paninis, salads, and gelato.  This is a pizza spot that the entire family will enjoy.

*As an added bonus I just have to add Tybee Island Beach.  Although this beach is not located in the downtown area, when you make it to Savannah visiting the beautiful Tybee Island Beach is a must.
